How often or when can I upgrade?

When financing a device, you can upgrade as often as you wish. We have no requirements on a minimum amount of payments before financing a new device. If you owe on your device, you will only be given the market value of your trade-in of promotional offer value. The remaining balance, if there is a remaining balance will be your responsibility to pay off.

Can I Own The Device?

Yes! By purchase or financing a device through Affirm you will own your device. When trading in a device you will be given the market value or promotional offer value of the device which you can use to pay off your affirm balances.

Do you offer device protection?

What do I have to pay?

All PrePaid plans are pay as you go or you can select the AutoPay option. There are no overage fees, or any kind of hidden fees. If you do not pay your bill before you expiration date, your line can be disconnected.

 

All PostPaid plans come with a one-time account activation fee of $20. This fee is to validate each clients identity and prevent fraud. Clients can choose between paying their monthly bill with their respective credit card or save monthly by linking their bank account with AutoPay.

Can I trust Lexvor?

Yes! Lexvor is regulated by the Federal Communications Commision(FCC). This is an independent agency of the United States government that regulates
communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable across the United States. The FCC also regulates all other carriers including Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. More information on our FCC licensing is available at

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, any client is allowed to cancel their phone plan at any period
of time. If a client is on a PrePaid plan you can simple cancel the line at anytime without any additional charge. If is on a PostPaid plan, they are required to pay for their usage for the remaining month.

Do you have any stores?

No, we currently do not have any retail stores. As of now we are an online cloud based business. Lexvor does work with local authorized retail stores across the country.
